Scott Veerkamp and his team helped my wife and I find our new home and we were able to use the tax credit. It has really been a blessing to us. The good times are over for renters. At the start of the housing bubble, the rental market stumbled as landlords were forced to cut rents to hold onto existing renters and attract new ones.
